Flat Coated Retriever is a breed of gun dog from England that was developed as a retriever on both land and in the water. They are excellent family companions, often mingling and bonding very closely with all the family members. Indoors, they have relatively very low activity levels but outdoors they are very active, often running and retrieving tirelessly. Flat coated retrievers are lighter, faster and more elegant in appearance than other breeds of retrievers. Adult flat-coated retrievers should ideally weigh 55-75 pounds with a height of 23-25 inches. They have strong muscular jaws and relatively longer muzzles to allow for carrying birds and games. They have a unique head with a minimal stop and skull of approximately same length as muzzle. Almond-shaped and dark brown eyes reflect intelligent and friendly expressions. Ears are pendulous, small and lie close to the head. Coat is single, moderate length, dense and lustrous and comes in solid black or liver color. Body coat is of moderate length with long feathering on the back, legs, chest under-body, tail and feet.

English Cocker Spaniel is a breed of gun dogs that belongs to one of the several varieties of spaniels. English cocker spaniels come in two varieties ‘working’ or ‘field’ and ’show’ Cockers. Ears are lobular, reaching the tip of the nose when pulled forward. Ears are covered with silky, wavy and slightly longer hair. They are rather small yet not delicate dogs with softly contoured angles. Skull is arched and slightly flattened., muzzle being same in length to the skull. Dalmatian is a breed of dog from Dalmatia, Croatia well known for noteworthy white coat with black or liver spots. Highly energetic Dalmatians are well-muscled, medium-sized and elegant dogs, which are slightly longer than tall. Generally, they are square-proportioned dogs with slightly taller at withers and a well-laid back shoulders. Their feet are round and compact with well-arched toes. The breed shed its hair almost year round and hence the owners must be prepared to clean up excessive amounts of dog hairs littering all over the house. White with black or liver spots is the most common coat color. In the past, Dalmatians were often used for guarding the borders of Dalmatia and even to this day, they possess distinctive guarding instinct.

Besides, they are also very lively and fun-loving dogs and thus they are also popular as family pets.
