Field Spaniel is a breed of from one of the several varieties of spaniels that can serve as gun dogs. Field Spaniel is a medium-sized dog with a heavier and longer build than a Cocker Spaniel. Their natural sporting abilities make them a perfect sporting dog for creating a beautiful and attractive presence on the stage. They can adapt to any lifestyle and get along well with children and other pets.

Field spaniel is a well-ribbed dog with a long and low-standing body. They have normal muzzles with a large nose and open nostrils. Hazel or chestnut-brown eyes with gentle and noble expressions are the unique traits of field spaniels. They have a lean, thin and an attractive face. Moderately long and fringed ears are low-set. Neck is strong and muscular. Long and silky coat comes in in solid black and liver colors. Ideal size of field spaniels is 40-55 pounds in weight and 17-19 inches height. They are slightly longer than tall. Field spaniels are excellent family pets and watchdogs.

They are sometimes referred to as Bordeaux Bulldogs.

Dogue De Bordeaux has a stocky build with a heavy and broad head. Adult dogs typically weigh around 110 pounds and stand tall 24-27 inches. Unlike English Mastiff, Dogue De Bordeaux is somewhat low to ground, not very tall, and massive size comes from its width and masculine body. Their body is thick-set with a short, straight top-line. Front legs are straight and heavy-boned. Its massive head is considered as the largest head amongst canines. Head is the most distinctive characteristics of Dogue De Bordeaux. Soft, fine and short coat comes in various shades of fawn. They are extremely loyal to their masters and best known for excellent guarding capabilities.

Borzoi is domestic breed of dogs that is commonly known as Russian Wolfhound or sighthound. Its size, shape and structure are very much similar to Greyhounds. Beardie is related to the Old English sheepdog.

Beardie has a broad head, short muzzle and a shaggy coat all over the body including under the chin – that is why the name beardie. The outer coat is dense and weather proof and undercoat is thick and soft. Eyes are wide-set and the color of the eyes matches with the coat color. Ears are close to the head. Tail is generally carried low unless beardie is excited. Coat color changes several times during the life. Puppies are born with black, brown, fawn or blue color, which fades to light gray or cream. As the dogs mature, the coat darkens in color, which could be black, brown, blue or fawn. Height of the dogs is around 50-55 cm and the weight is about 15-25 kg. Lifespan is around 12-14 years.
