Staffy- American Staffordshire Terrier
Staffy is the name for Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is also known by many other names such as Staffy Bull, Staff, SBT and Stafford. Related to bull terries, Staffy is the fifth most popular breeds of English dogs. Given its ancestors from dog fighting breeds of dogs, Staffy is well known as a muscular and courageous dog but the modern breed is often preferred for its people-centric qualities. The body is medium-sized, stocky, and strong with athletic abilities. They have a smooth coat that comes in different colors such as red, black, fawn, white and blue.

Staffy also comes in many different combinations of colors with white and different shades of brindle with or without white markings. They are highly obedient, affectionate, playful and also have a good sense of humor. Despite their stocky and intimidating appearance, Staffy is often not suitable as guard dogs mainly because of people-friendly temperaments. The average weight of Staffy is 14-18 kg and average height is 38-42 cm. The average lifespan of Staffy is 10-16 years.
